About Us

We are a new weight pull club based in New England. We are United Kennel Club approved and are holding multiple events starting with our first pull in Port Byron, NY in August 2007. We welcome new members and try to have various formats at our pulls.

The complete Weight Pulling rules as of 08/2007 can be found here. NEPA is a proud member of the United National Weight Pull Association, the parent club of Weight Pull in the UKC. We highly reccomend joining the parent club to support the future of the sport.

We also work with the American Pit Bull Terrier Club of New England and we hope to eventually, maybe with enough working members, to offer Total Dog Events again. We are the host Club for Weight Pull at the  NAPBTA hosted National show for 2008. This is shaping up to be a busy yet fun year for NEPA.
